When you use BeWell products such as Well@Home, BeWell Innovations acts as a data processor. This means we handle personal data only under the responsibility and direction of your hospital.

The hospital determines why and how your personal data is processed and is therefore considered the data controller. As a result, the hospital’s own Privacy Policy applies to the use of BeWell products and to the processing of your personal data within these services.

Protecting personal data properly is a key priority, and clear agreements are in place to ensure this is done safely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. To ensure your data is protected at all times, BeWell Innovations and the hospital have entered into a formal data processing agreement that sets out strict rules and safeguards for how personal data must be handled.
